Producer for 30 years and sole distributor in artificial turf for 8 years in France and abroad, this report has the intent to present you our benefits.

Our experience permits to reinforce our leading position on the French market of ornamental artificial turf.

Our production is entirely manufactured in Europe for best quality, production speed, and also reactivity in our deliveries. Producing in Europe avoids risks such as stock shortage or containers blocked at the customs.

Our permanent stock in Nice allows us to have more than 20,000 m² in stock constantly, with truck rotations every day.

 Our logistic team can take more than 2,000 m² of turf from stock every day, with our specific forms of packaging. (more details in “Packaging” section).

 We control the entire supply chain, from the production to the delivery of your order in your company.

Our products are developed in collaboration with outside arrangement professionals.
Our range of artificial turfs is entirely developed and produced in Europe.

 Also, our turfs GREEN TOUCH are now 100% polyethylene for unequaled softness and a better resistance.

These new fibers in polyethylene did not give the “shiny” look we can witness on our competitor’s turfs.

We still have our 15-year warranty, weft in polyurethane 100% recyclable, new European regulations REACH, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 norms, and also the new MADE IN GREEN label.
 

Green Touch and the environmental conservation

 At GREEN TOUCH, we understood the necessity to protect the environment. We are aware of the critical situation in that we are. That’s why GREEN TOUCH intends to preserve the environment by using as much as possible eco-friendly components and techniques to produce its turfs.

 Labels and norms of Green Touch

 100% Recyclable: All Green Touch artificial turfs are 100% recyclable. At the end of its cycle of life, the product could therefore be easily collected and recycled.

ISO 14 001 (Environmental management systems): ISO 14001 is part of a family of 16 international ISO 14000 standards designed to assist companies in reducing their negative impact on the environment. Its main aim is to assist companies in continually improving their environmental performance, whilst complying with any applicable legislation.

Polyurethane technology: By using wefts using the polyurethane technology, we reduce by 40% our energy consumption.

 REACH regulation: Since 2007, GREEN TOUCH fulfills REACH obligations, which controls each steps of the production process. This is a proof that we do not commercialize products with chemicals substances dangerous to consumers’ health and to the environment.

 Strengths of GREEN TOUCH turfs

Backing in polyurethane

Even more resistant to temperature differences, this weft is a true revolution in artificial turf technology, and especially ecologically speaking (100% recyclable, REACH, ISO 14 001)

The former generation of supports in latex SBR, which is still used by a major part of manufacturers, produces inferior results concerning the wrenching of turf blades (between 15 and 30 Nm).

Our association process of our two supports allows guaranteeing you a resistance at the wrenching above 50 Nm.

Thanks to our weft in polyurethane, resistance to damp is extreme; unlike wefts in latex which disintegrate in the course of time.

Our support in polyurethane is resistant to extreme weather conditions, that is to say to negative or high positive temperature, and also to really high damping rate.

Supports in latex SBR used by our colleagues lose of its quality in the course of time.

Our European fibers

Fiber is the equivalent of cotton in the textile industry. Green Touch uses high quality European fibers, with composition traceability.

Some Chinese manufacturers export fibers with trace of lead. That is why Green Touch attaches importance to the quality of its fibers.

For packaging of our turfs, we offer 24 different forms of packaging of the turf rolls.
Price does not vary according to packaging.

Diversity in our forms of packaging allows conforming to the expectations of your customers and will therefore avoid cutting up the product.

We are the only one to offer such a wide range of forms of packaging for turf rolls.

Green Touch will not deliver turf rolls in any other forms than the ones available in this chart.

Thanks to this offer, you will reduce wastes, cuttings, and therefore potential financial loss for your customers.

With this offer, there is no need to stock big rolls of 4M per 30Ml, which are heavy and hard to cut.

Unlike our colleagues, our turfs GREEN TOUCH are cut to the length.
